Who’s accessing your privileged information?

This event provided delegates with a key opportunity to talk to top experts in competition law, giving them a thorough understanding of the issues helping to protect their associations.

,In a challenging but amusing presentation Dr Mark Williams used his extensive knowledge of economics and his experience of competition law to explain to delegates why competition law exists and why it matters. He then used various fictitious examples to illustrate how the laws work and to show delegates how they can make educated decisions on when it was time to consult lawyers. More information on Dr Williams’ work can be found at www.nera.co.uk
