During these hours, our in-house UK-based call handlers take the calls and ask for your basic information, verifying that you have access to the service and determining the area of law you require help with. The call is then allocated to an adviser who specialises within that area of law, and the call is returned within the hour. If you request to speak to an adviser straight away we will do our best to accommodate you. Although calls are not recorded, our advisers dictate detailed notes as soon as each call is completed and this information is retained on our system indefinitely. This preserves confidentiality, allows us to monitor the accuracy of the advice provided and helps us establish training requirements.
