Their objective was to create a new brand of bed and breakfast hotels that offer a quality contemporary environment at affordable rates. Two years later and two awards later (winners of the Visit London Awards' "Best B+B" category in 2005 & 2006), the B+B Belgravia continues to host a mix of international business and leisure clientele. From the outside, the B+B is the traditional Georgian townhouse; walk through the door and you enter a world of sophisticated simplicity. All 17 rooms are ensuite, earth colours in décor with comfy beds, modern bathrooms, satellite flat screen TVs and good in-room technology with easy Internet access. The modern and contemporary black & white guest lounge makes a great meeting place with "Conran-style" seating, an open fire, TV, daily newspapers and a guest computer with free Internet access. Full English breakfast is freshly cooked to order - just like home - in the bright and airy breakfast room overlooking the secluded rear garden. A variety of teas and fresh coffee are available 24/7. As seen on the BBC, in The Sunday Times and Conde Nast Traveller magazine, this new lifestyle concept in B+B, offers a “concierge style” service to their guests. The staff are always on hand to help with directions, travel arrangements, advice on local eateries or booking cabs. There are smoking rooms, family rooms, interconnecting rooms and the ground floor room has been specifically designed to provide easy wheelchair access throughout. The extras such as hairdryers, alarm clocks and irons are available on a loan basis too! Special rates for Institute of Association Management members start from £92.50 including VAT and full English breakfast.
