Bob Roberts is the managing partner of Adamant Consulting LLP, a multi-discipline Leadership & Management Consulting Practice. Bob has over 30 year's experience working as an independent consultant with organisations of all sizes. He now operates at the most senior level with larger organisations (100 employees plus) to enable them to get the edge, and to become a leader in their field. Bob was awarded the MBE in 2003 for services to business and is a Fellow of the Institute of Commercial Management, the Institute of Leadership & Management, and the Institute of Business Consultants. He is a qualified Master Coach, Coach Trainer, and NLP Trainer, and is accredited by the British Psychological Society to work with a full range of psychometric instruments. Bob has wide experience with Chambers of Commerce, having served as Company Secretary, Director, Chairman, Finance Director and Board Member with various Chambers - he is presently Chief Executive of the Newham Chamber of Commerce Ltd.
