Jo Welch Chief Executive Officer Morgan Allen Moore
Jo Welch has been working in the field of political consulting and developing relationships between the political and business community for 10 years -most recently as Chief Executive Officer and Senior Consultant for leading Government Affairs Consultancy Morgan Allen Moore, a post held since 2001. Prior to this she established Morgan Allen Moore's Welsh division in 1998 during the run-up to the first National Assembly Elections awhere she pioneered a specialist Public Affairs service for the new political landscape of Wales. Before becoming a Government Affairs Consultant, Jo worked for the Wales Labour Party for two years in the run-up to and during the 1997 landmark General Election and the subsequent Welsh Referendum. During this time Jo took a leading role in Labour Party operations in Wales and worked to develop understanding between Welsh Labour and the corporate sector across the UK.
