She has also have been closely involved in the development and implementation of the strategy and policy for several organisations, working with members, staff, suppliers and government. Sarah spent several years working as Director for the Management Consultancies Association (MCA), leading the membership recruitment strategy and developing relationships with potential members. As Marketing Director for the Management Consultancies Association she developed a communications strategy working within a sizable marketing and media relations budget. She also spent several years as an independent management consultant providing strategic media relations and marketing communications support to a range of business associations and professional service firms including the Institute of Linguists, Partners for Change, Institute of Management Consultancy and Management Consultancies Association.
