Simon Randall heads up Lawrence Graham's Housing and Local Government Services. Simon has had significant experience of local government work having served as an elected member of the London Borough of Bromley for over 20 years as well as 5 years on the Greater London Council during the Ken Livingstone era. Lawrence Graham is one of the leading firms involved in housing association work featuring highly in Legal 500 and Chambers. The firm advises many housing associations and local housing companies, particularly in respect of governance and regulatory issues and has a particular reputation for its work on large scale voluntary transfers from local authorities to existing or newly created housing associations. Simon is currently the Chairman of Broomleigh Housing Association, the largest LSVT association, with approximately 15,000 homes under management and has served on its Board since inception.
