Zanna Floyd Associate, Human Resources Group Eversheds LLP
Zanna is an Associate in Eversheds’ Human Resources Group. She advises on all aspects of employment law (both contentious and non-contentious) for a wide range of corporate clients, in particular in the financial and professional services sectors. Zanna’s recent experience includes advising employers on executive remuneration and bonus schemes and severances, acting for both senior management teams and purchasers in management buy-out and take-over situations as well as advising on a broad range of day to day employment law issues. Zanna regularly presents public and bespoke training sessions on areas such as diversity, management of disciplinary and grievance issues and changing terms and conditions.
