Logo on IofAM’s homepage – the Gold Partner’s logo will have a permanent appear on the homepage of the Institute’s website for the entire year, with a click through to an extended profile and further information, with the heading ‘IofAM Recommends:’
Prominent branding on all IofAM event marketing materials (pre-event, onsite and post-event publicity), to include:
- 2010 events - 20 July, 4 October, 24 November
As part of event branding, the Gold Partner will also receive:
1 x exhibition space at all above events (size 3m x 2m space only, including 1 x power socket) offering the opportunity to meet with approx.30 senior association managers
Logo and profile on the Conference Programme – distributed to every participant attending events
2 x delegate tickets – the Gold Partner will receive 2 delegate tickets to every event in the Institute’s Calendar as above
Dedicated mailing – the Institute will email all contacts to announce the new partnership with content to be decided between the partner and the Institute – information on how members could benefit from working with the partner would be included.
PR – the Institute would issue a press release to all trade press announcing the partnership
Logo on IofAM’s homepage - the Silver Partner’s logo will appear on the homepage of the Institute’s website for the entire year, with a click through to a 200 word profile, with the heading ‘IofAM Recommends:’
1 x exhibition space at Annual Conference (size 3m x 2m space only, including 1 x power socket) – offering the opportunity to meet 60+ association managers at this key event in the Institute’s calendar
Logo and profile in the Conference Programme – given to every participant at the annual conference
Logo on all conference marketing emails – at least 2 marketing emails will be sent to entire database (currently 5,600 contacts)
2 x delegate tickets – the Silver Partner will receive 2 delegate tickets to:
Annual Conference including the gala dinner – attracting 60+ association managers
The partner’s choice of 3 of the 6 x half day seminars/workshops – attracting approx. 30 association managers
Member’s summer social – attracting 30-40 association managers

Sponsorship to cover below events: all half-day events take place in central London, dates and topics to be confirmed and will be followed by a networking lunch.
